  I have been a loyal customer for almost two years. I paid off a washer and dryer and I’m working on paying off my Tv. In those two years I have not been late. They have messed up my autopay several times, each time with me calling to see why my payment was not drafted from my account. Each time a new BS excuse. I asked for help on my current payment for the very first time and they are being difficult and want me to fill out the exact same form with the same information. My car broke down and that has put me out of work for over a week. I wanted the help so I could get my car fixed and get back to work. I’ll never purchase anything from them again.
