  I paid $40 for a phone case & $40 for a glass screen, the glass case barely fits on my note 8 and broke within the first day. After calling and telling them, they told me that they aren't allowed to exchange it for a new one. So I literally paid $40 to use a glass screen for not even 6 hours. UPDATE: After taking this matter to the manager, she then tried to tell me that they don't normally exchange on any of the products but she will this one time. About two days later I have a chip in the glass screen. UPDATE: Right after I posted this I received a call from the Director of Sales and he did a great job at handling my situation. He had a very nice lady meet me down at the store I purchased from and gave me a return and a new glass screen.

  I went into this store yesterday to upgrade my iPhone 6. Julio helped me way beyond any expectations. He backed up my iPhone, which had not been backup in 170 weeks, he explained everything to me regarding the differences between iPhone 8+ and the iPhone x. Any way, I purchased the iPhone x and he set everything up for me and even put me on a better plan, so I have the same payment amount but it includes the new phone and insurance.
