  Staff is rude and unhelpful. I came in to fill a regular prescription of Aderol for my daughter. The fat woman working in the pharmacy refused to refill it because the dosage had been increased from one to two capsules and my child ran out early. I did have a letter from the doctor and a new prescription but was told she can only get it every thirty days. She suggested I take my child to urgent care to get the prescription re-written. Urgent care is not for those types of prescriptions. It took months of testing and regular doctor visits to find the correct medication for my child and it is not something that I can just go have someone write for her. The woman was condescending and rude. It is a holiday weekend and my child will have to wait until March to have her prescription filled because the woman can’t read and choses to be stubborn and difficult. Very dissatisfied.
